ALEXANDER MORENO
EXECUTIVE CHEF

Latin American Chef Alex Moreno was born in Havana, Cuba, home of our signature Mojitos. He was trained in one of the best schools for Latin American Chefs in Cuba famous for its Cuban and European cuisine. His culinary career began at Cohiba Hotel and he polished his culinary skills in several restaurants in Havana, Cuba, before bringing Cuban cuisine to Vietnam. His interest in culinary had him creating menus inspired by his journey and travels around the world.

Cuba Libre, Clarke Quay's food menu features tapas and a variety of Latin American dishes, including sandwiches, burgers, homemade nachos, tacos and more.

Chef Alex's signature must-try Latin American dishes are his Empanadas, Sandwich Cubano, Havana Burger, Ropa Vieja and Mojito Chicken.
