Cuba Libre Frasers Tower Celebrates Valentine’s Day with a 4-course Valentine’s Dinner Menu at $45++

Valentine's Day is celebrated all over the world and it has become the Day of Love and Friendship in Cuba. Cuba Libre's Executive Head Chef Alex Moreno has curated a Latin American inspired menu for couples this Valentines.

Begin your Valentines Dinner with Chef's Kale Salad (Vegetarian) that has kale, green apple, lemon zest and parmesan cheese or a Seafood Bisque made with slow-cooked crab bisque with prawns.

We know it can be difficult to choose with 3 different appetisers to select from hence we highly recommend our Montaditos of Iberian Loin and Serrano Ham, which is made with Iberico pork loin, caramelised onion with dry-cured Spanish ham slices.

Seafood lovers can opt for the Salmon Tartar and Vegetarians can go for Chef Alex's Impossible™ Baked Meatloaf.

For the main course, there's the Ossobuco with Red Wine Reduction, Red Tuna with Chef’s Alex Dressing or a

Mushroom Lentil and Nut Wellington that's Vegetarian.

End your Valentine's Dinner on a sweet note with either our Panellets de Coconut and Chocolate, which are made with sweet coconut, almond and chocolate ball served with vanilla ice cream or Chef’s Alex Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake.
